Terms of service

A fare is agreed in writing on WhatsApp before your trip and is valid for the dates, the vehicle and the route we discussed. The fare on this website is a starting point for the car and slab shown; the confirmed number is the one in your quote.

Local rentals are charged on an 8 hour, 80 km slab, with extra kilometres and extra hours charged at the per-car rates published on the taxi rental page. Outstation and multi-day trips are quoted for the route and the number of days.

If you extend your trip on the road — more places, more hours, an extra day — tell the driver and we settle the difference at the rates in your quote.

Every rental includes car with a driver, fuel within the 8 hrs / 80 km slab, gst as shown in your quote.

Toll, fuel, parking and state tax depend on the trip and are payable separately unless your quote says otherwise. Also not included: toll, fuel beyond the included slab, parking, state tax where it applies, entry tickets and guide fees.

Hotels are not part of any taxi or tour package price. Where we arrange a hotel on request, it is billed separately and its own terms apply.

Payment is made to the driver in cash or by UPI. Where a booking needs an advance, we tell you the amount in your WhatsApp quote before you confirm, and the balance is paid on the trip.

Ask us for a written quote or a receipt at any time. If your company needs an invoice with specific details, tell us when you book.

A booking exists once we have confirmed the vehicle, the date and the fare in writing on WhatsApp. Messages sent through the forms on this site open WhatsApp on your device and are only a booking once we reply.

If your plans change, message either number as early as you can. We will tell you what is possible for your date and, where a trip has already been assigned a car and driver, we will discuss the options with you directly.

You are responsible for your own belongings in the vehicle. We carry the luggage you tell us about; if you are carrying more than the car comfortably holds, tell us when booking so we send the right vehicle.

Smoking, alcohol and carrying prohibited items are not allowed in any vehicle. Damage caused to the interior of a car is chargeable at cost, and the driver is entitled to end the trip in that situation.

These terms cover how we quote, what is included and how payment works. If anything is unclear, ask before you book — we would rather answer a question than argue about a fare later.
