How many people can travel in a Tempo Traveller?
Twelve passengers travel with comfortable push-back seats, plus the driver. For an overnight trip where the group wants more space, ten passengers plus luggage is more comfortable.
A Force Urbania seats thirteen in a premium van and is the usual choice for VIP group travel and airport groups. For groups larger than that, we arrange two Tempo Travellers or a bus — luxury cars and buses are available on request.
Can I book a Tempo Traveller for a Vaishno Devi yatra?
Yes, and it is one of the most common bookings we take. The group travels from Amritsar to Katra in about five hours, stays overnight near the yatra route and travels back together after darshan.
The same vehicle works for Tarn Taran, Goindwal, Anandpur Sahib and Dera Baba Nanak group trips, and for family functions in and around the city.
Is a Tempo Traveller allowed on hill roads?
Yes. Tempo Travellers run to Dharamshala, Dalhousie, Shimla and Manali regularly, with drivers who know the hill roads. They are slower on the climbs than a car, so allow extra time on those routes.
For very narrow hill stretches, tell us your itinerary and we will say honestly whether a Tempo Traveller or two smaller cars will work better for the route.
What is included in the Tempo Traveller rental?
The vehicle, the driver and fuel for the route as quoted. Toll, fuel, parking and state tax are separate and confirmed in your quote, and the driver allowance for overnight trips is stated up front where it applies.
If the group needs the vehicle at short notice for an extra run during the trip, speak to the driver and we add it at the agreed hourly rate.

Can I book a Tempo Traveller for an airport group pickup?
Yes. For a group arriving together, share the flight number and the number of passengers and the vehicle will be waiting at arrivals.
Is a Tempo Traveller cheaper than two cars?
For nine or more passengers, usually yes, and the group stays together for the whole trip. For six or fewer, two smaller cars are not needed — an Ertiga or Innova is cheaper.
Do I have to pay an advance for a Tempo Traveller?
For most group trips we ask for an advance, and the amount is written in your WhatsApp quote before you confirm. The balance is paid to the driver in cash or by UPI.
Is luggage space enough for twelve people?
The rear holds the group luggage for twelve passengers on a normal trip. If you are carrying extra equipment, tell us and we plan the seating around it.
